With a palette of berry toned reds and purples, some painters tape, and a little patience, I transformed my white walled reading area into a colorful space of relaxation and focus.
Purple is the color family associated with creativity, fantasy, and whimsy. I selected Purple Potion as the perfect fit for this room where I desire nothing more than to lose myself in an alternative world.
For fun and a little added excitement, I created a geometric pattern, with two accent colors in Black Garnet and Artful Magenta. The deep rich red tones of these accent colors add warmth and keep Purple Potion from feeling too cool.
