January offers a season for reflection, and for winding down from the holiday season. It’s a time for cozying up with a cup of cocoa and a good read, and for the occasional walk outdoors, graced by the softly falling snow. Behr paint color Whisper White HDC-MD-08 reminds us of clean billows of fresh snow, and the quiet, reflective nature the snow imparts.
In an entryway, Whisper White greet guests with a soft ambiance. This slightly creamy hue works well as the overall wall color in the space, and even on a floor. Whisper White makes the room feel airy and welcoming, especially with large windows allowing light in. Black used on a door and window trim add a touch of contrast.
Whisper White walls add a fresh, clean look to a bedroom. White window coverings and a reading lamp continue the pure, crisp theme. Throw pillows in different golden patterns, textures and shapes add visual interest.
A narrow bathroom with cathedral ceilings benefits from the use of Whisper White on the walls. This clean and soothing color sets the perfect stage for a freestanding soaker tub, together they make the bathroom feel like the best part of a luxury spa getaway.
Whisper White is a great color to showcase on home exteriors. It brings a pure and clean vibe, free of visual clutter. Pair it with weathered gray porch flooring for an updated and monochromatic look.

Love this color! we are removating our 1950s ranch home with wall to wall knotty pine walls and knotty pine ceiling. We are using whites to brighten up the rooms. If I use whisper white for the walls and ultra white for the trim, what color would you recommend for the ceiling?
Hello Sunny, thank you for visiting our blog!
You can also use Ultra Pure White for the ceiling.
Hope this helps!
