In April we start to see the colors from nature’s blooms. Purple hues like violets, lavenders, and lilacs pop into sight. These feminine hues remind us of our youth and bring out our maternal feeling.

Ancestry Violet S100-4 is a great color for this exterior. This combination of the slightly muted hue with dark gray and crisp white against the springtime foliage gives the home a quaint cottage appeal.

In a small room this slightly bright color, Blooming Lilac HDC-MD-10, combined with a lighter shade of lilac and a soft green has just the right amount of playfulness to make this room feel youthful yet mature.

We used Spring Bouquet S100-1 in this bedroom. This slightly feminine color is soothing and is a perfect choice that is suitable for any age.

What colour is the trim on the house? The grey goes really nicely with the Ancestry Violet.
